Doncaster Shopping Town

This was a design and construct project that was a major redevelopment of Doncaster Shopping Town, the centre more than doubled in size by expanding from 200 to approximately 420 stores. It has luxury mall with valet car parking, concierge and stylist service with major tenants being David Jones, Myer, Coles, Safeway and Village Cinemas.

A plumbing achievement on this project was the design and construction of the largest syphonic roof drainage system in the Australasia area.
