Project Management

One of the keys to our success is our Project Managers, who strive to ensure open and clear communications with the builders and other key participants in all our projects.

The Project Manager knows everything about the project; they are involved from the estimating stage through to the final sign-off.

Our Project Managers all have extensive plumbing experience and technical knowledge and are well equipped to manage documentation systems such as Aconex or Project Centre.

Highbury Plumbers

We have some of the most knowledgeable foremen and plumbers in the industry who have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects over many years.

Several of our plumbers have been with us for over 10 years some over 20 years. We believe our ability to retain our staff is a testament to our company

We encourage our plumbers to have their first aid certificate and many are also qualified to work in confined spaces and in back flow prevention. Several have also completed the Green Plumbing certificate. We also have plumbers who are fully licensed to drive excavators, scissor lifts, boom lifts and fork lifts.

The Site Foreman and/or Area Managers are equipped with modern gadgets namely blackberries and laptops, and are all competent with documentation systems such as Aconex or Project Centre.

In-house Design

Need help with the design of your plumbing project? Using our in-house design ensures a well managed, professional and timely design turnaround.

Highbury Plumbing has an experienced design team who are all up to date with the latest advances in AutoCad, as well as possessing a high level of technical plumbing knowledge.

Our head of design is a hydraulic design specialist, as well as a registered building practitioner licensed in design services.

We also have all of the necessary insurances.

Experienced Estimators

We have a team of experienced estimators who have extensive plumbing and technical knowledge.

Part of our process is to analyse architecturally designed hydraulic drawings and where possible and practical offer alternative methods, materials or options which result in cost or time savings for the builder. The end result is a tender price that is both competitive and accurate.

Purchasing Department

Our purchasing officer has over thirty plus years experience working with major plumbing supply companies. He is actively involved in all stages of our projects and works closely with estimators and onsite teams to ensure the best prices are obtained, product availability and on time delivery of materials.

Office Support Staff

All of our office staff provide a valuable support service to our plumbers and work closely together to achieve a smooth workflow between administration and the work site.

We have a dedicated Human Resources Officer who manages all employee related issues, including; the apprenticeship scheme; compliance with Incolink, C-Bus and WorkCover; and general work place relations. Our Occupational Health and Safety officer attends to all OH&S issues.
